Refund & Cancellation Policy

Support on EpicFanWars is a voluntary payment that is added to a debate's public total as soon as it is confirmed. Because it is delivered instantly and publicly, completed support is generally non-refundable.

When we will refund

We will refund the full amount if:

• You were charged more than once for the same payment.
• Money was debited but your support was not added to the scoreboard within 24 hours.
• The payment was made without your authorisation.
• A technical error on our side charged you an incorrect amount.

How to request a refund

Email vinitkothawade9@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with your Razorpay payment ID and a short description of the problem. We will reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any point before completing payment by closing the payment window — you will not be charged. Once a payment is completed it cannot be cancelled, but the refund cases above still apply.

Removed content

If we remove a name, link, or description because it breaks our Terms, the support still counts towards the side you backed and is not refunded.
